Old Tom Gin

Sweetened with maple syrup, the Dandy Old Tom is directly inspired by 18th century London. Sweeter than its original version, it is sweetened with a touch of maple syrup from the estate. It also stays in barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon to get closer to the storage methods that we would have seen in a modest producer of the time. It retains a magnificent coppery hue as well as a tannic and fruity touch.
