Sparkling Cider

Lovely pale gold, quick foam taking, fine and constant effervescence. Its nose of fresh fruit is completed with the aromas of baked and stewed apples, and just a touch of toasted bread. A wonderfully round body, both full and supple, nice acidity and slight bitterness, long silky finish with notes of apple. Produced from McIntosh, Cortland and Empire varieties, this sparkling cider aged naturally on lees for several months offers superb bubbles.
