Gin Dandy

The Dandy Gin comes from the distillation of spirits from apples, grapes and pears on selected herbs to enhance the fruits and apple tree flowers of Domaine Lafrance. The Dandy is produced using a Stupfler still, a French specialty, made entirely of copper and equipped with a reflux column to obtain rich and unique flavors. It is this particular still that gives our alcohol of specialty, an incomparable softness.
